&lt;h2 id="what-is-the-pomodoro-technique"&gt;What Is the Pomodoro Technique?
&lt;/h2&gt;&lt;p&gt;Created by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s, this time management method is famously simple:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;ol&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Pick a task&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Set a timer for 25 minutes and focus on that task&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;When the timer rings, take a 5-minute break&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;Repeat the cycle; after four rounds, take a longer 15–30 minute break&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;
